Hello Fellow Filmmakers and Film Lovers!

Spirit of Film: Conversations is an innovative online talk radio program about how movies are changing the way we think, live, relate, and dream.

I’m a writer and producer myself, so I want to tell the amazing stories of how today’s most unique and visionary films get made and the amazing creative artists who make them. I want to give a voice to those filmmakers who create movies which seek to inspire personal and social change.

The online radio program showcases some of the world’s leading independent and ‘visionary’ filmmakers and their movies. My show is different because I am not interested in being a film critic -- it celebrates the motion picture’s unique ability to affect us emotionally, intellectually, even spiritually.

Spirit of Film: Conversations is also different in the aspect that it's also a program for people who make movies; whether the established film professional or the aspiring filmmaker. The focus of my show is the personal and artistic journey of the producer, director, or screenwriter to bring their vision to the ‘screen’, whether in theaters, television, DVD, or streaming video on the Internet.

The power of the moving image is all-pervasive in our lives with the explosion of digital production, Internet streaming video, and the advent of portable media devices. What I want to say to writers and filmmakers today is they have a responsibility to communicate a message of hope and awakened ideals to positively shape the hearts and minds of the current younger generation, who eventually will decide the course of our future on this planet.”
